WeddingBooth is an official partner of the
House of Weddings Quality Label, which brings together leading, trusted wedding and event suppliers in Belgium.
This website is available in Dutch, French and English. We mainly provide personal support in Dutch and English. You are also welcome to email or WhatsApp us in French.
How long does the booth stay at our event?
We normally deliver before your event and collect the next day between 6 am and noon. Same-day collection is possible until 11 pm on request.

Is an attendant provided?
We normally leave after setup. The booth is easy to use, and we remain available for support during your event. An on-site attendant can be arranged on request.

What if the internet connection is poor or unavailable?
Our booths have a 4G modem and Wi-Fi. If the connection is unreliable, the booth keeps recording locally and sends the files and emails once it reconnects, possibly at a later event.
How much space do we need?
Allow at least 1 m × 1.5 m for the booth and guests. A standard socket is enough. For a glitter backdrop or green screen, allow at least 2 m × 2 m and a height of 225 cm.
Can the booth be used outdoors?
Only in a covered, dry area without rain or condensation. We are happy to help assess what works at your venue.
How long can a video recording be?
Recordings are limited to 5 minutes. The booth warns you when time is nearly up. We can make this limit shorter or longer to suit your needs.
What about sound quality in videos?
Our booths have a professional dynamic handheld microphone, such as a Shure SM58 or Sennheiser E845, for clear sound. Loud music will be audible in the background, but voices remain clear when using the handheld microphone.
When do we receive the photos and videos?
Everything appears live in an online gallery when the 4G or Wi-Fi connection is sufficient. We can give you access to your personal account the day before your event.
How long do our photos and videos stay online?
Your album stays online for one year. The files are then deleted. Any public page created from your account will also stop working.
Do you provide props with the booth?
We do not provide props such as shapes on sticks. Shops and online stores offer a wide range of themes and quality levels. Get creative with moustaches, party glasses, hats, LED accessories, inflatables and more.
How does transport work?
We set up on-site in Belgium and the Netherlands. Some travel is included in the price; extra distance is charged transparently. Calculate your price in the booking form.
How big is the WeddingBooth?
Our booths are 173 cm high, 42 cm wide and 14 cm deep. The camera is about 164 cm high on the standing model and 120 cm on the seated model. The base is 60 cm wide and 45 cm deep.
